To the Family of Mr. J. White, What a special gentleman he was to me and my family. Joe was a man of multi-talent he could fix anything. I remembered introducing him to my family from Maryland what great conversations we had he was considered a FAMILY. My mom would call him Deacon he would be so tinkle. I'm going to miss calling and checking up on my brother time-after-time. I know God has a plan and time for all of us with know exception. May you Rest In Peace my brother.
