Born December 25, 1957 in Memphis , Tennessee, he was the son of the late William Brown and Carlee McClure Pettis.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 21,2022 from 11:00am-12:00 noon with a funeral service at 12noon both held at Friend Church of Nazarene 7775 N. Parkway Interment will be in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery
