Obituary For Beatrice Lawrence

Beatrice Lawrence, affectionately known as Bea, was born August 31, 1945 to the late Willie and Hester Mae Lawrence in Greensboro, Ga. She peacefully entered eternal rest at the the age of 76 on the 23rd of January. She's preceded in death by siblings: Yvonne, James, Lester, Hazel and Barbara.

Bea attended Greene County Schools system. She dedicated several years to clients by creating a safe, effective environment in the home health care field. Bea was family oriented and loved joking and spending time with her loved ones. She was always the highlight at all the barbecues. She enjoyed spending time watching her all time favorite classic westerns and Judge Judy with only son Gene. Beatrice was petite but still a "GIANT". Small, feisty and a sense of humor that was unmatched. The love she gave was immeasurable; the best kisses and long lasting hugs. To her family she was the stern one for sure but always one call away when needed.

She leaves to cherish her memory: Her lifelong partner: Johnny "June" Parks; her son: Grover Gene Jarrells Jr. (Veronica), four grandchildren: Donte' Jarrells, Kamirah Johnson (Kenneth), Tunissia Jarrells and Jamaya Jarrells; two great grandchildren: Kenneth Johnson, Jr. & Ra'Kaela Johnson; her siblings: Willie Lawrence Jr. (Odessa), Jessie Chaffin, Mary Louise Lawrence and Dorothy Parrott; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
