Hardy Lee Brown, 79, was born June 10, 1942 to the late Doc and Ethel Brown. He passed away January 31, 2022 in Pascagoula, Mississippi.

Hardy joined Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. He was married to the late Nora Price and three children were born to this union. He is preceded in death by his youngest daughter, Sharon Brown; sister, Gloria Jean McLaurin; and brothers, E.J. Brown, Tommy Lee Brown, John Thomas Brown, Arthur Evon Brown and Bobby Ray Brown.

He is survived by his daughter, Renea Brown (David Scott) of Pascagoula, Mississippi; son, Melvin Brown (Catherine Porter) of Florence, Mississippi; sisters, Mary Jean Hubbard and Nell Brown, both of Mendenhall, Mississippi; ten grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Viewing will be at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, February 12, 2022 in Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery; 577 Rose Hill Road, Mendenhall, Mississippi. Graveside services will begin at 10:00 a.m.
