Funeral service for Pauline Ludessa Mallard 56, will be Saturday, February 5, at 2 pm at The Bridge Christian Center, Anniston. Interment will follow in Edgemont Cemetery. Mrs. Mallard passed away on January 28, 2022 at Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Mallard's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to her service as well as a 45 minute musical tribute prior to service. Mrs. Mallard graduated from Handley High School in 1984. She retired from Calhoun Health Department after 30 years of service. She was a role player in Homeland Security at McClellan, AL.

Survivors include her husband: Stasey Mallard; grandson: Ashton J. Mallard; bonus son: Marcus Mallard; siblings: Debra Stella, Rebecca Williams, Rev. Charles (Phyllis) Wright; in-laws: Mose and Flora Mallard, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John C. and Johnnie Ruth Thornton, siblings, Sarah, Ruth, Marilyn, Stanley, Joseph and Henry Thornton. Covid 19 precautions observed, MASK REQUIRED. Youtube: @Thebridgechristiancenter and FB is Fred Smith.
