Thomasena Thrower Hayden, 89, died February 6, 2022. She was born on December 30, 1932, in Lancaster County South Carolina, to the late Ethel Kate Thrower. She was married to the late Clarence William Hayden, Sr.

Mrs. Hayden was educated in the Lancaster County School System, graduating in 1950. She attended Barber-Scotia College.

Mrs. Hayden attended Zion Church of Landover. Survivors are one daughter, Ethel C. Hayden and one grandson, William K. Hayden.

Graveside Service will be 2: 00 p.m. Sunday, February 20, 2022, at White Oak AME Zion Church.

Reverend Vincent Meeks, Jr., and Reverend Clyde Witherspoon will conduct the Funeral Service.
