David Blake Fowler was born on March 12, 1957 in New Hampshire, Ga to the late parents of Mr. Daniel E. Fowler and Ms. Dorothy M. Blake. David passed away on August 17, 2022 at Navicent Health Hospital in Macon, Ga. David leaves to cherish his memories a host of families, relatives and friends.
