Victor Leon Blockum, was born on the 22nd day of August, in the year of 1969, in Greensboro, Georgia to Mr. Charlie G. Parrott and Ms. Lillie Kate Ruff. Victor was preceded in death by his parents, paternal grandparents (Charles and Grady Mae Parrott), maternal grandparents (Willie Henry and Lillie Bell Blockum), and uncle (Henry Blockum).

At an early age, Victor became a member of Zion Wrightsville Baptist Church, Greensboro, Georgia. He graduated from Hancock Central High School in 1987. After high school, he became employed at Bryan Scott, Inc., in Greensboro, Georgia. He was also employed as a bus driver for Warren County and Madison County. Victor always knew that he had high expectations of becoming an entrepreneur. To start his venture, he decided to join the agriculture industry. During this time, he planted, raised, and harvested crops. His ultimate goal was to become successful in rearing and managing animals. In addition to farming, he began his own logging company. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.

He will be missed, but his love and the memories of him will remain eternal in our hearts. Victor entered into rest on February 22, 2022, in Augusta, Georgia.

He leaves to cherish his memories to his family:

Children: Devante Blockum, Damain Blockum, Victoria Blockum, and Lance Blockum

Grandchildren: Paris, Taliyah, Layla, and Daelen

Brother: Kevin A. Ruff, Sr.

Nephews: Kevin A. Ruff, Jr. and Keiran Ruff

Nieces: Ashley Ruff and Sparkle Ruff

Victor will also be truly missed by his uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
