Obituary For Kendrick James

Kendrick Rashad Terelle James was born on April 1, 1993 in Thomasville, Georgia to Peggy Bartee of Quitman, Georgia and Ken James of Barney, Ga. He joined Sweetfield Missionary Baptist Church in Quitman, Georgia at the young age of 5, where he served om the youth department, praise and worship team, and usher board. He served as a Boy Scouts during his elementary years. He graduated in 2012 from Brooks County High School. Kendrick James was better known as “Peewee”, “KJ” and “Ken.” He was always the life of any party. He was caring, loveable but most importantly a hard worker. He always put others before himself. He was full of life. He was passionate about agriculture. He could drive any tractor equipment. Farming was his hobby. On February 20, 2022, Kendrick departed this earthly life. He is preceded in death by maternal grandfather Jerry Bartee and paternal grandfather Richard Miles. He leaves to treasure his life and legacy, his wife Regina James. His parents; Peggy Bartee and Ken James. His siblings; Cedric (Jenay) Spencer, Kiera James, and Devonta (Quatiesha) James. Maternal grandmother Elnora Bartee. Paternal grandmother Annetta Miles. Mother-in-law, Wanda Wilson. Grandmother-in-law; Margaret Beamon. Brother-in-law Quron (Tanisha) Wilson. Sister-in-law Tiffany Wilson along with a great host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Celebration of Life Service for Kendrick Rashad Terelle James will be held Sunday, February 27, 2022 at 1:30 PM in the Pineview Cemetery, Adel Highway, Morven, Georgia.

Family Visitation: Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 6:00-7:00 PM in the BTW Funeral Services Chapel.
