Kathy Jo Poss, 53, of Eatonton passed away on February 28, 2022. She was born on January 30, 1969 in Greensboro, GA to Judy O’Neal and the late William Joseph Poss. She was preceded in death by her father and brother Kelly Lee Butler.

Kathy Jo was a member of Union Point Faith Center, Union Point, GA. Kathy enjoyed shopping, working and taking care of everyone. Katherine was a good-hearted lady loved by all that knew her, she was an outstanding mother and was a fighter. She enjoyed her dog “little girl” and loved spending time with her sons and best friend Mary Rutherford.

Kathy Jo is survived by her mother Judy O’Neal, sons Darrell Griffin, William Blake Griffin, brothers Kevin Poss (Kim), Keith Poss, sisters Marie Hagen, Patricia Randolph, Ashley Poss, Megan Poss, Samantha Lamar, aunts Mary Taylor, Melisa Hunter, Vicky Starr, Becky Murray, Connie Huff.

There will be a visitation on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at Watts Funeral Home, 1005 Dolvin Ave. Union Point, GA. From 1pm-8pm. Graveside service will be Friday, March 4, 2022 from the Greenview Cemetery, Greensboro, GA at 3 pm.
