James Blue Sr. age 66 years old, born on April 4,1955 in Harlem Hospital, New York, NY to Geneva Blue and Edward McCoy. He worked as a Nurse’s Aide where he retired at Lincoln Hospital, after 20+ years. James Blue Sr. truly lived life and was a high-spirited soul. He was always so full of life…always laughing, joking and dancing. The unconditional love he had for his family and friends will always be remembered. He passed away on February 24,2022 at Citadel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at 3400 Canon Place, Bronx NY. James Blue Sr. was preceded in death by his late wife Juanita Iddris, his sisters Shirley, Ann and Geneva Blue. He is survived by his children, Shari Anderson, Marva Blue, Crystal Anderson, Tasha Terry and James Blue Jr. He leaves behind his brother Larry Blue, a hosts of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, cousins, other relatives and friends who loved him dearly.
