She was preceded in death by: her sister, Elaine Beckham; and brothers, Frank Beckham Jr., Larry Wood, and Louis E. Beckham.
At any early age she accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior and joined Piney Grove Baptist Church.
She found her calling as a realtor in the bright lights of Hollywood California. There she flourished winning top honors in what was then a male dominated field.
Dianne “Mame” contributed much to the happiness of her family and friends. She will always be remembered for her forward sense of style and the smiles she gave others by just entering a room.
Left to carry on her legacy is: daughter, Michelle Ridgeway; son, Antonio (Laura) Ridgeway of Atlanta, GA, *Kelly (Ulisa) Mitchel of Lancaster, TX; brothers, Timothy Beckham of Cowpens SC, Stephan Beckham of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, DeVon R. Smith of Pacolet SC, Regina (GVon) Jones of Atlanta, GA, Ashanti Ridgeway of Las Vegas, NV, Lucy E. Pope of Atlanta, GA, *Cameron Mitchel of Lancaster, TX; great-grandchildren, Madelyn Jones and GVon Jones, Jr. of Atlanta, GA; sister-in-law, Linda Crews Wood of Columbus, OH; special sister circle, Joyce Ofori of Clifton, SC, Marie Jones of Columbus, OH, Embrella Neil, Deborah Rogers of Atlanta, GA, Brenda Sanders Thompson of York, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. Service will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Piney Grove Baptist Church, 2085 Mayo Road, Cowpens, South Carolina. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
