Funeral service will be 12 noon EST, Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, 601 1st Avenue, Columbus, GA with Rev. Jimmy Williams, pastor, officiating. Visitation is Friday, March 11, 2022 from 1-5 p.m. EST.
Mr. Johnson was born July 3, 1959 to the late Jimmy Lee and Annie Berklin Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; maternal grandparents, Frances Newsome Daniels and Charlie James Williams; paternal grandparents, Julius and Rebecca Johnson.
He leaves to cherish his memories his sisters, Annie W. (David, Sr.) McKinney, Miami, FL, Patricia (Ron) Upshaw and Helen Johnson both of Phenix City, AL; nephews, David McKinney of Miami, FL, Quincy Johnson of Arizona and Michael (Tonya) Johnson of Phenix City, AL; uncles, Rev. Jimmy Lee (Gloria) Williams, Roger (Shirley) Williams, both of Phenix City, AL, Jessie Lee Johnson, Tracy (Yvonnie) Johnson both of Hatchechubbee, AL, Archie (Nancy) Johnson, Eddie (Ida) Johnson of Fort Myers, FL, Walter Johnson of Columbus, GA and Herry (Doris) Johnson of Decatur, GA; aunts, Ethel Lee Harris (Charlie Pettis), Jannie (Mike) Walton, Linda Woods and Inez Williams all of Phenix City, AL, Emma (Frank) Alfred of Seale, AL and Precious (Sam) Harris of Hanceville, AL; great nephew, Karmen McKinney of Miami, FL; great niece, Simone (Jeromese) Spigne of Birmingham, AL; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
