Timothy C. Ratliff, 55, of Richmond, died March 13, 2022. He was preceded in death by his father, Dallas Ratliff. Surviving are his spouse, Steven R. Amos; mother, Sylvia W. Ratliff; two sisters, Lisa Ratliff and Debra Ratliff; brother, Willy Ratliff; nieces and nephew; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Friday, March 18 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. and where the family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 19 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E.
