Obituary For Charles Alvin Chaney

Mr. Charles Alvin Chaney, of Bascom, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Sunday, March 13, 2022, at his home in Bascom, Florida.

Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 1:00 P. M. from the sanctuary of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church located at 6704 Reddoch Road in Grand Ridge, Florida, with Superintendent Delano Reed and Pastor Deron Johnson, officiating.

Mr. Chaney will lie in state from 12:00 Noon until time for the service.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, March 18, 2022, from 2:00 P. M. to 6:00 P. M. from the chapel of Vann Funeral Home.

Center for Disease Control (CDC) Guidance will be followed for social distancing and wearing of masks for everyone’s safety during the viewing and the funeral service.
