Amy Shay Nolen was born in Gaston County on February 27, 1990 as one of three children of the late Paula Hayes Nolen and the late David James Nolen. Amy made her transition to be with the Lord on Thursday; March 10, 2022 in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Amy was educated in the Gaston County School System and obtained her GED at Gaston College in Dallas, North Carolina. She was the mother of three beautiful daughters. She was a jokester who loved to make people laugh. She loved taking her girls to watch the planes. Amy was a loving mother who will be missed by all that knew her.

Those left to cherish precious memories of Amy are her three daughters: Kyndall Phillips (14) of Bessemer City, North Carolina, McKenzie Killpack (12) of Indiana and London Reed of Belmont, North Carolina, two brothers: Roger Nolen of Rock Hill, South Carolina and Justin Nolen of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral: Thursday; March 17, 2022 at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 p.m.
