Fred Douglas Wise, IV life came to an end on Friday March 18, 2022 at the age of 39 at his resident in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Wise was born on December 21, 1982 to the parents of Fred Douglas Wise III and Gale Shaw. . Mr. Wise leaves to cherish his many memories his mother, Gale Shaw; father, Fred Douglas Wise III; sisters, Tamala Shaw, Stacey Wise; nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Mr. Wise will lie in state on Friday, March 25 , 2022 from 12 until 5 at the funeral home.

Visitation with family Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 11 until 12 at Lynn Creek Tabernacle, 117 Fairground Street Franklin, Tennessee, with funeral to follow. Elder Gloria Burton, eulogist.
