Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 1:00PM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel, Bishop Clarence Stewart, officiating. Mr. Jenkins will lie in state on Friday, April 1, 2022 from 1-8PM at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.
