I last talked to my dear friend Benjamin in December, then searched in vain to locate for months. So shared many beautiful memories and adventures. Sorry that I didn't have the opportunity to say good bye but I know that God has him and that he will always have a space in my heart. Wondering for months why I did not hear from, knowing that is not like you. Now I know that you have gone home to be with Jesus. I wish we could have had another hello and another "see you later" my friend. Forever in my memories and heart. Laura

He was family from the first time I met him. My children adored him and affectionately called him "Ben Again". They loved to point at the pins on his beret and listen to the war stories he told about them. We have lost an Angel on Earth.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Ben's/our Family, during this time of bereavement. We were first cousins. We are sending love, prayers, and comfort. I have many fond memories, of Ben, which I will cherish always. Psalm 34:18 The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
