CSM Howard Van Willis, Sr. (Retired), 86, of South Prince George, Va., died April 4, 2022. He was preceded in death by his son, Bruce W. Willis. Surviving are his wife, Virginia Mae Willis; two daughters, Debbie Durham and Sonja Hill (Henry); son, Howard V. Willis, Jr.: 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Mary Taylor; daughter-in-law, Annie Stith-Willis; host of nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Monday, April 11 from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 12 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Rev.
