Obituary For Sister Victoria Freeman

Mother Victoria Freeman, (87), of Panama City, affectionately called Little Vic passed away on April 4, 2022. She was born to the late Shepard O. Freeman and the late Clara Mae Faison Freeman on May 18, 1934.

She was a native of Wewahitchka, FL and a resident of Panama City for many years. She was a faithful member of Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church until her health failed.

Preceding her in death were two brothers, Mr. Leonard C. Freeman and Mr. Donald Freeman and one sister, Mrs. Eunice Patton.

She leaves treasured memories with her daughter, Abilgail D. Taylor of Panama City, FL; three sons, Robert G. McCree of Panama City FL, Jerry A. Wood (Sharon) of Beech Island SC, Willie J. Freeman (Mannietea) of Columbia, SC; five sisters: Mrs. Pearly Mae Harris of Port St. Joe, FL, Mrs. Lucille Johnson (Doug) of Wewahitchka, FL, Mrs. Johnnie Hines of Wewahitchka, FL, Ms. Ruby Freeman of Panama City, FL and Mrs. Mary Ann Dixon of Panama City, FL; a special nephew, Mr. Harold Patton of Panama City, FL; 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great- grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Mother Freeman will be held at Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church 1021 Cypress Ave. Panama, City FL on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 1:00 PM. the Rev. Hubert Sampson will be officiating. Interment will follow at Williamsburg Cemetery at 145 North Street, Wewahitchka, FL. 32465.
