Funeral service will be 12 noon EST, Saturday, April 16, 2022 in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Curtis Coleman, officiating. Visitation will be Friday, April 15, 2022 from 1-5 p.m. EST.
Mr. Majors, affectionately known as “Flo D” and "Chico” was born November 16, 1963 in Tuskegee, Alabama to the late Daniel Lee Majors and the late Minnie Coleman Majors.
He was employed with B.W. Capps for many years until he moved from Alabama.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by the love of his life, Loucille Edward Reese; grandson, Terrance Barnett; five brothers, John “Kimp” Puckett, Clarence Majors, Willie Majors, Danny Ray Majors and Michael Majors.
Those who knew Danny Lee~who was the life of the party, lost a shining light in their lives.
Danny Lee will be missed everyday by his loving family daughter, Pat (LeRoy) Barnett-Lott of Opelika AL; bonus children, Latonya Tugh and Willie Reese both of Columbus, GA; four grandchildren, Trevon Barnett, Jarmarquevious Barnett of Opelika AL, Takiyah Williams and Toniyah Williams both of Columbus, GA; three devoted and loving sisters, Minnie Lee Williams, Jane Ellen Florence and Mary Jane Majors all of Columbus, GA; three aunts, Renner Mercer of Salem, AL; Hattie Mae Table of Phenix City, AL and Arenda Lampkin of Columbus, GA; a devoted cousin, Rev. Curtis Coleman of Lagrange, GA; nine nieces, seven nephews and numerous caring great nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
