Cedric was educated in the Lancaster County School System. He was a 1996 graduate of Andrew Jackson High School.
Cedric began his military career at a young age. He served in the United States Army for 25 years. He served a tour of duty in Iraq in 2004 and achieved the rank of Sergeant First Class.
In 2003, Cedric started his professional bodybuilding career. Cedric served as an inspiration all around the world on platforms such as social media, TV, and on stage. Winning the prestigious Arnold Classic in the year of 2017 was one of his greatest achievements during his life.
Those left to cherish and celebrate his life are his adoring wife, Patricia McMillan “lovingly referred to as Patty”; four beautiful children, Seven, Eli, Lemae, and Neko McMillan; his parents; the mother of his children, Eva McMillan; four brothers, Keith Wade, Bennie Hood (Mya), Rick Massey, and Duane Dargin; five sisters, Evelyn Massey-Adams (Norris), Monique Massey, April Withers, and Taylor Gray; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and his cousin he lovingly referred to as his sister, Sharika Nealy (Ron).
