Mrs. Henrietta Smith age 78 passed away on Sunday April 17, 2022 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.

Survivors include, devoted children, Cordell Smith, Jr. (Darla Fox) and LaKita Smith. Many other relatives and friends.

Graveside Service, Saturday April 23, 2022 2:00pm at Wilson Co. Memorial Gardens 618 South Maple St. Lebanon, Tn. 37087
