Matt Epps - McConnells, SC Mathew Scott “Matt” Epps, 35, died Thursday April 7, 2022, at his home. Born in Rock Hill, SC, he was a son of Belinda Harvell and the late Kenneth Lee Epps. Matt was an avid deer hunter, fisherman and equestrian.

Surviving in addition to his mother of the home are his grandmother, Frances Harvell of Fort Mill; sisters Leigh Ann Strickland of Rock Hill and Jodee Strom (Allen) of McConnells along with many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by grandparents Joel and Melda Epps and Aaron Harvell and an uncle, Scott Harvell.

Matt enjoyed spending time with his nephew Finn Strom and nieces Ava Grace Strickland and Rosalee Strom.

A memorial service will be held at a time to be announced.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the York County Humane Society 8177 Regent Pkwy, Fort Mill, SC 29715
