Paul “Antonio” Mills was born August 4, 1963, to the late Irene L. Mills and James Daniels in the beautiful city of Portsmouth, Virginia. Known to the family as the “one that didn’t play”, he also brighten everybody's day and lifted their spirits. Considered to be a lady's man, he made sure everything connected to him was in order. He leaves to cherish two children and a host of brothers, sisters, and family members that will miss him tremendously. The viewing for Paul Mills will be held this Sunday, May 1st from 4pm to 6pm at Steele-Bullock Funeral Home 3950 Turnpike Rd. Portsmouth, Virginia. Followed by the funeral on Monday, May 2nd at 12pm at First Baptist Taylorsville.
