Shirley Jane Allen, 69 passed Thursday, April 28, 2022, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

Celebration of life services will be held at Oscar's Memorial Chapel, Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 2:30 pm.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Owen N. Allen, Jr., of New Bern; son Christopher Allen, of Kernersville, NC; sister Sharon Kelly, TX and two grandchildren.
