Linda Gail attended Carver High School, class of 1967 and attended GSCC Vocational School.
She was united in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Charles Timmons on October 4, 1984.
Linda Gail loved a good laugh, to flea market and thrift store shop. She was the highlight of family gatherings. She is preceded in death by: Nathaniel and Mildred Woody, Willie Whisenant, Melvin Whisenant Sr., Deborah Hill, five brother-in-laws, and four sister-in-laws. She leaves to cherish her memories to: Her husband, Mr. Charles Timmons; daughters, Cindy Whisenant, Sophia (Skeet) Patrick, and Tiffany Timmons-Green; Sons, Elliott (Cristal) Johnson, Marlon Timmons (Di-Gay), and Desmond (Amy) Timmons; Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; Sister, Clara Sue Neal; Brother, Hubert (Rosalind) Looney; In-Laws, Freddie (Lucille) Timmons, James (Ella) Timmons, Shirley (Jim) Dates, Shannell Timmons, Eloise Whisenant, Belinda Whisenant, Johnnie Timmons, Eva Timmons, and Annie Timmons; Mother-in-law, Willie Mae Timmons. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Private viewing for immediate family only from 1pm-4pm. Body will lie in state for one hour before service at the church, beginning at 12noon. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 1:00pm at Mission Baptist Church. Eulogist: Pastor Grady E. Robinson Jr. Interment: Rainbow Memorial Gardens.
