Rory is preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Drake; his mother, Charlotte Ransom Dixon; his father, Roy Drake; his grandparents, Mable Ransom, Oscar Ransom, Reva Drake All and Buddy All. He leaves to cherish his memory, two stepchildren and granddaughters, Joseph Waller, III (Tasha), of Conyers, GA., Aisha Davis (Don), Savannah and Sierra Davis, of Tampa, FL.; three sisters, Angela Drake Crisler (Jack), of Colleyville, TX., Dr. Gabraella “Gabby” Drake Forte, of Alpharetta, GA., and Rosemary “Rosie” Dixon, of Lawrenceville, GA.; two nieces, Simone and Jessica Forte, of Atlanta, GA.; his first cousins who loved him like a brother, Tonya Slaton (Clint), Wonna Hambrite (Ramon), Carla Clary (Tyrone), Kenneth Roberts (Cecile), Roderick “Rock” Roberts, Chandra “Candy” Roberts, Karen “Cookie” Roberts, Yolanda Pope, Charles “Chucky” Vinson, and Gregory Vinson (Kimothy); and a host of other cousins, relatives and friends.
