Obituary For Sister Mary Davis

Ms. Mary Davis of Marianna, Florida gained her heavenly wings on May 1st, in the Vitas Suites in Panama City. She was 63 years of age.

Mary was born June 2, 1958 to the late Laura and Daniel Williams, Jr. She was united in marriage to the late Johnny Mack Davis.

Treasured memories will forever remain with two daughters, Ashley Bowers and husband Min. Jeffery of Marianna, Florida and Christina Davis of Lakeland, Florida; two sons, John Davis of Marianna, Florida and Charles Bell of Lakeland, Florida; a special aunt, Maggie Williams of Lakeland, Florida; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A public viewing will be Friday, May 13th from 3-6p.m. at Peoples Funeral Home Chapel.

A Homegoing Celebration will be held Saturday, May 14th at 11a.m. at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Kevin Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.

Fun memories of spending occasional weekends during the 1960's in Lakeland with Mary Ann and family. Every opportunity Mary Ann got, she would wait until i entered a room, jump behind me, yell BOO and burst into laughter. HaPpY and Grateful for the many laughs we shared. Rest Peacefully Cousin 🕊
