Evelyn Matlock, 93 of Memphis, Tennessee died on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at her residence in Memphis, Tennessee.

Born Saturday, August 11, 1928 in Memphis, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late John Reese and the late Sophronia Williams Reese.

Surviving are daughter, Rebecca Matlock Hutchinson of Memphis, TN and a host of relatives of friends.

The family will receive friends Friday, May 6, 2022 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at RS Lewis & Sons 374 Vance Ave. Funeral service will be Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 11:00am Metropolitan Baptist Church

Interment will be in Forest Hill Midtown Cemetery, Memphis, TN.
