Guest Book

To Mrs. Linda Reynolds, Nikki, Cicely, and the entire family, I just learned of Dr. George Reynolds' transitioning from this earthly realm to eternity a few days ago and I extend the love and grace of God to you during this most difficult time. Please know that your husband and father was a light to so many people both ecumenically and academically. He gave me very intimate motivation and encouragement both spiritually and even financially through the local chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi before I headed to Morehouse College in 1993. I learned through him to not allow your upward progression in life to deflate your humbleness to be human and down-to-earth at all times. For most, he was the first African-American school principal we had ever had which meant the world to many African-American youth living in Eden, NC. He was loved and will truly be missed by many. Please allow the words of John in the book of Revelation 14:13 provide you solace and joy for today and the days to come. John said that God told him, "Write this, blessed are those who die in the Lord, and from henceforth says the Spirit, that they may rest from their labors and their works do follow them." Love, peace, and blessings to you all. Yours in Christ, Rev. E. Shon Hagwood, M.Div.
