We knew little that morning that God was going to call your name, In life we loved you dearly; in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide, And though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

Mr. Norman T. Wyche transitioned on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Durham VA Health Care System in Durham, North Carolina.

Graveside service will be conducted on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 2:00PM at Roanoke UCC 3300 Paschall RD. Boydton, VA. Reverend Curtis McRae will deliver the Eulogy. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 52 years, Barbara Jean Wyche, three daughters, Rosalind Diane Brown (Ronald), Chesterfield, VA., Barbara Joyce Malloy(Todd), Oine, N.C., Norma Sabrina Flowers (Casey), Creedmoor, N.C.; his father, James Reid; seven grandchildren, Veronica Brown-Moseley (Donald), Ronald E. Brown II, Alimayu Malloy, Osei Malloy, Noni Malloy, Eliaz Malloy, Casey Lee Flowers II; three great grandchildren, Donald Moseley, Jr., Zaliyah Mosely, and Ronald Brown, III.; five sisters, Mary Ann Wyche Durham Venable (Russell) of Henderson, N.C., Costello Reid Alston, Lucetto Reid (Maurice), Mae Anna Reid, all of Manson, N.C., and Gwen Watkins Henderson, New Jersey; six brothers, Shalvin Alston, Henderson, N.C., Ricky Watkins, New Jersey, Edward Watkins (Bernice), Oine, N.C., Wayne Watkins, N.C., Tony Watkins and Anthony Watkins, both of Warrenton, N.C., Ronnie Watkins, Henderson, N.C; three brother-In-Love, Phil Downey (Marie), Richmond, VA., Ronnie Downey (Ruby) Oine, N.C., Rickie Downey (LaVonnia), Richmond, VA., six sisters-In-Love, Alice Harrison, Oine, N.C., Margaret Alexander, Ruby Downey, Arvella Scott (Terry) all of Oine, N.C., First Lady Ann Jones (Pastor Milton), Halifax, N.C., Peggy Elliot (Carl), Linden, N.C.
