I am sitting here after the service wishing I had gotten up and spoke at the service. I looked out in the congregation and saw so many of our/his P&G family showing up for his P&G homegoing. I wish in hindsight I would have gotten all of us stand up so you can see how much we cared and showed up for our dear friend. We all will miss him and his CHARACTER for years to come. My sincerest condolences goes out to The Rudd Family as well to his P&G Family. Trell. The name was often heard in our household. The kids and I never met him but from the way my husband talked: Trell was intelligent, ensightful, and knowledgeable of the job/recreation/restaurants. iron sharpens iron. "What Trell said/did today" and the restaurant suggestions will be missed in our home...adding all resturant recommendations was Fire. I hope he knew he added adventure and direction to so many lives. Trell will never be forgotten in the McAllister household, gone way too soon-it hurts my heart. To the family-Iy is in my prayers the Lord give you the strength and solace to endure. Respectfully, Qiana, wife of James "Eric" McAllister and family

Rudd Family, Trell was a P&G family member, he had many sisters and brothers in the building. It was a pleasure knowing and working with Trell for over 22 yrs. He was a pillar in our APDO processing area... the area will miss his mastery. We will continue to sit and think about him walking from the parking lot (fast) passing all others, and the pedestrian walkway with that hairnet bounding up and down (walking fast) greeting everyone as he walked by. Stay Strong, and many blessing and prayers to the Rudd family (Queen)

- na

Tiffani and family, I am so very, very sorry for your loss. I did not know Montrell; but, reading through the condolences he must have been a great guy. Just know God does not make mistakes. We may not understand why things happen; but, He is in charge and He does have a plan and a purpose for each of us. Keep in mind the great times with Montrell, smile at the memories and cherish the time you were allowed to share space together. The future may look extremely bleak right now, but your memories, your love and your faith will carry you through. My prayers to you and family. Love you, take care and call if I can help. Much love. I have been away from the P&G plant for two years now. I thought my memories would be of the job, but it's the people you remember. Trell is certainly one of the people I have fond memories of. He made work-life balance a reality. He always made it possible for me to be with my wife during her illness even if he had to fill the void himself. He spoke so often and so lovingly of his family it made me appreciate my own family even more. It is a good leader and a great man who can always get the job done while being a friend to all of his coworkers. To all the family members and close friends, I pray that God will bestow upon you His peace and strength. Vance Clarke (APDO Making retired)

Montrell was a wonderful person with an infectious smile. Through out the work week we would pass each in the hallways. We'd stop for a few seconds, make a few jokes, take a few shots at each other's sport teams, talk about family, or the crazy place we work. I have thought back and I can not remember onetime that he was not smiling, happy and loving life. No matter what was going on he always had a positive attitude and happy. I didn't realize it before but I looked forward to seeing him as I knew he would brighten my day. I have found myself looking for his signature walk down the long halls and then I sadly remember he is no longer with us. The world has lost a wonderful man. To the Rudd family I offer my deepest condolences and prayers , sincerely Jason Oldham
