Obituary For Daron "Lil D" Ellis Jr.

(July, 1999 4 -- May 4, 2022 ) TYLER---Funeral services for Mr. Daron Ellis Jr. , 22 of Tyler, Texas will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 12 pm. The service will be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Flint, Texas with Pastor E.R. Murrell II, serving as eulogist. FACE MASK RECOMMENDED.

Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery under the direction of John R Harmon Undertaking Company. Mr. Ellis was born on July 4, 1999 and transitioned on May 4, 2022.

He graduated from John Tyler HIgh School and was a life resident of Smith County and attended Bethlehem Baptist Church. Mr. Ellis worked as a home health aide and loved to attend trail rides.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James Walker Sr. and Linda Ellis. Left to cherish his precious memories are his parents: Daron Ellis Sr. and Tandrika Ellis both of Tyler; one brother: Undraivian Ellis; and one sister: JaNa Barb both of Tyler; grandparents: Cynthia Scott of Tyler and Steve Scott of Chapel Hill; great grandmother: Hellen Shackelford of Tyler, Texas.

Public viewing will be on Friday, May 13, 2022 from 2 pm to 8 pm at the funeral home.
