Obituary For Raymond Antonio Willingham

RAYMOND ANTONIO WILLINGHAM was born July 15, 1974 to Josey Willingham of Hephzibah, Georgia and the late Cluese Tanksley, Jr.

He departed this life on Friday, May 6, 2022.

Raymond graduated from Westside High in 1993. He had extensive experience in manufacturing, production, and transportation. He was Hazmat certified, as well as in conductor training (Okenfenokee Technical College) and chemical operation technology (Augusta Technical College).

Raymond's work experience includes 5 years at Club Car (Augusta, Ga) as a quality control inspector, 7 years as a supervisor at CSS Chemicals (Beach Island), and 1 year as a conductor. In 2007, he obtained his dream job at Graphic Packaging and remained until his call home.

Raymond was also known as "Stylez". He was a member of Tru Ikonz MC - Augusta, Ga as of March 1, 2010. He held the position of Secretary. Stylez was a loyal and valuable member. He specialized in mentoring to the youth and participated at various local middle and high schools, and local boys & girls clubs. He was also an active participant with the Augusta Bikers Alliance (ABA) and frequently assisted with the ABA book bag drive. Stylez also assisted in providing food to the less fortunate during Thanksgiving and giving out Christmas gifts to the less fortunate youths.

Raymond was a long time member of Masonic Lodge Taft #282 where he currently served as Senior Warden.

He was preceded in death: father, Cluese Tanksley Jr, and son, DaJuan Willingham.

He leaves to cherish his memories: one daughter, Jacquara Willingham and one son, Byron Willingham; mother, Josey Willingham of Hephzibah; two brothers, Travis (Stephanie) Willingham of Grovetown, Brock Willingham of Hephzibah; two nieces, Essence and Ella Willingham; one nephew, LeBron Willingham; beloved cousin, China Thomas of Appling; beloved aunt, Daisy Broadwater of Appling; beloved great aunt, Annie Dunn of Grovetown and a host of other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and co-workers.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Canaan of Galilee Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 3425 Rosemont Road, Appling, Georgia.

Viewing will be Thursday, May 19, 2022 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm at the mortuary.

I'm sorry to hear of this late. You were a wonderful man in school and adulthood. No matter where I saw you that big smile and goofy laugh accompanied you. This lost is a hurt in my heart.
