Obituary For Ms. Bridgette Jen'y Burrough

Ms. Bridgette Jen’y Burrough gained her wings on Tuesday, May 3rd in Panama City at the age of 35. She attended the public schools of Bay County.

She received the gift of life on November 15, 1986, in Panama City to the parentage of Jerry and Betty Gaines. Bridgette was raised in a Christian home where Christ was the foundation.

Bridgette was a lover of fashion and enjoyed shopping. She was a loving, smart, caring and funny person. She was loyal to her family and friends and took great pride in caring for her parents.

A beloved daughter, wife, sister, niece, cousin and friend, Bridgette will always be remembered for her smile, beautiful spirit and caring personality. Her presence will be sorely missed. When you think of Bridgette, celebrate the treasured memories you have of her. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest.

Treasured memories will forever remain with her husband James Burrough; parents, Jerry and Betty Gaines; brothers, Johnny Pickett (Resa), Jerry Gaines, Jr. and Jammie Gaines (Tabora); and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A public viewing will be held Friday, May 13th from 3-6p.m. at Battle Mortuary Chapel.

A Solemn Farewell will be held Saturday, May 14th at 2:00p.m. at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church located on Martin Luther King Boulevard in Panama City, FL.

Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Battle Mortuary of Panama City.
