MR. DWAYNE DOUGLAS ADAMS - Age 63, of Summerville, Georgia passed away Friday, May 13, 2022. He was born July 30, 1958 to the late Jesse and Kathrine June Lester Adams, Jr. He was preceded by his sister, Kathy Adams.

Survivors are his daughter, Tuwanna (Travis) Adams–Simmons; son, Dorlando (Nykol) Adams of Chesapeake, Virginia; grandchildren, Tiairra Adams, AJGeana Adams, TaeQuan Adams, Ahmon Adams, Jasmin Adams, Dontay Adams, Karma Richardson, Blake Richardson, Dallas Adams; great grandchildren, Sage Dozier, Ny’Zir Adams, Quran Spencer, Emeri Dozier; former spouse, Cynthia Adams; sister, Jacqueline (David Fain) Griffin of Rome, Georgia; brothers, Willie George Adams of Dumfries, Virginia, Jesse Jerome (Angela) Adams, Terry Adams of Summerville, Georgia; uncles, Albert Lester, and Lee Andrew Lester; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives; special friends, Howard Irvin, Renee Mathis, and other friends.

Funeral Service for Mr. Dwayne Douglas Adams will be held on Sunday, May 29, 2022 at 2:30 P. M. at New Spirit and Truth Assembly of Jesus, 487 Scoggins Street, Summerville, Georgia 30747 with Pastor V. T. Harden as Eulogist. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service. Interment, May 31, 2022 at 11:00 A. M. at the Chattanooga National Cemetery in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
