Charles attended the public schools of Anson County and was a graduate of Bowman High School, Wadesboro, NC. After graduation, he continued his education and received his Culinary License.
Charles could cook anything fit for a king to eat.
Charles made friends everywhere he went and if you had Charles for a friend, you had a friend for life. Charles loved his family and cherished every moment he was able to spend with them.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee and Katie Rhone and one sister, Katie P. Rhone.
He leaves to cherish fond memories to his loving siblings, Tylus Rhone of Charlotte, NC, James Rhone of Norwood, NC, Cleveland (Catherine) Rhone of Salisbury, NC, Robert Rhone of Albemarle, NC, Jeffrey (Brenda) Rhone of Charlotte, NC, Stephanie (Sondra) Rhone of Durham, NC, Minister Carolyn Rhone of Albemarle, NC, Janice (Anthony) Harris of Albemarle, NC and Keisha (Jeffrey) Dunlap of Wadesboro, NC.
A host of nieces and nephews: Damon Rhone, Robert Rhone III, Roger Clark, Lekeri Rhone, KeyAnne Rhone, Robert (Brittney) Duffy, Stephen Rhone, Ashley (Monroe) Kelsey, Asia Wall, Michael Allen, Javonte Ross and a host of great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The Homegoing Services will be on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, 11:00am, Smith's Memorial Chapel, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina. Interment will follow the services at Pee Dee Baptist Church Cemetery, Lilesville, North Carolina
