Donelia was truly one of a kind. She made all of her Radford U dorm mates feel welcomed and loved. We will miss her so, so much. Our thoughts and prayers are with her Father and the rest of the Campbell family. We've had some trees planted in her memory (under Virginia Stengel) and will have a stone paver added in her memory to the Radford University Walk of Fame. Rest in Peace, sweet D.

When we were new to Collegiate athletics, we often looked for a place to sit on the bleachers and cheer on our Cougars. Our family was always drawn to the energy and enthusiasm Dee shared. She always made us feel welcome, loved. She will be missed by so many.

I am so sad we lost her. The last few times I was lucky enough to run into Dee, we were both in our cars. Seeing her just lit me up and she rolled down her window and greeted me like a long lost friend. I loved her for her joy, her authenticity and her boundless spunk. Praying for comfort and peace for all those family and friends blessed by knowing her.
