Mrs. Lee Alice McClain Jennings entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at the home. She was the daughter of the late Clarence William McClain and Millie Beason McClain of Inman, South Carolina.

She was a faithful member of Greater Saint James Temple of Inman, SC until her declining health. She was a devoted wife and mother. She loved reading scriptures and praying to God.

Mrs. Lee Alice McClain Jennings was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Julius Jennings Sr.; son Bobby Joe Jennings; sisters Mrs. Rosa Mae Drummond and Mrs. Lorraine Lewis; brothers Mr. Sherman McClain Sr., Mr. Lewis Clarence McClain, and Mr. Samuel McClain Sr.; and daughter-in-law Phillis Scott Jennings.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories are her five sons Calvin (Judy) Jennings, Lewis Jennings Sr., Felton (Gloria) Jennings, Terry Jennings, Julius (Kisha) Jennings Jr.; five grandchildren Mrs. Latanya Jennings (Corey) Jones, Lewis Jennings Jr., Shanda Jennings, Damian Shands, and Kayla Jennings; great-grand Jacory Jones; two sisters Mrs. Ruby Evans and Mrs. Mary Holcombe; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Service will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC.
