Mrs. Brenda “Punkin” is survived by her loving husband, John R. Hendley, Sr.; three daughters, Tammie Michelle Hendley-Parham (Lonnie-deceased); Sabrina Sharies Hendley-Tuggle (Clinton); Antoinette Mignon Hendley-Wiggins (Cayward); one daughter-in-law, Tisha A. Hendley; five grandchildren, Joycelyn Elizabeth “Fruity”, Lonnie Joshua “Snook”, John R. Richard, III “Tre-Tre”, Clayton Christopher “Snook-o-Phoo”, Ti’Jontae Rishad “Pook-o-niny”; one great-granddaughter, Aria TiAnna “Button”; three siblings, David Humphries, Alfreda Leggett, Charles “Austin” (Mary); sisters-in-law, Geneva (Booker) Wilkins, Rosa Hendley; brother-in-law, James Hendley (Maxine); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, Godchildren, other loving relatives and friends.
