Phillip leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Billy Ray Moore; 4 brothers, Leroy White (Virginia), Charles White, Sr. (Carolyn), William White (Vhaness), David White, Sr. (Gwendolyn); and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
