Obituary For James Edward Stewart

On Tuesday June 14, 2022, James Edward Stewart, a father of four children, brother and friend passed away at age 62, in Carthage, MS.

James Edward Stewart was born to the late Inez and Johnny Stewart, in Carthage, Mississippi on August 25, 1959. He was immersed in the Christian Community that would be his lifelong support from an early age. He graduated from Jordan High School.

James was Blessed with a large and loving family. He was married to the late Peggy Stewart and among that union they had three kids: Latonia (Steve) Ricks, Jamie Stewart and James (Christina) Stewart. James love doing concrete and spending time with family friends.

James is preceded in death by his wife Peggy Stewart, mother and father Johnny and Inez Stewart and one brother Robert Stewart, He leaves behind his kids: two daughter Latonia (Steve) Ricks, Jamie Stewart; Two sons James (Christina) Stewart, Larry Catchings; 9 grandkids; one brother Phillip Stewart, Four sister Shirley Riley, Armon Jean Anderson, Johnnie Fay Luckett, Virginia McQueen; Godson Wilfred Fletcher and God daughter Shawnate Hospkins.
