Marvin Curtis Taylor, 70, of Richmond, departed this life May 29, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Isaiah and Mattie Taylor. Surviving are his sister, Tara L. Taylor; brothers, Jerrell Taylor (Patricia) and LaMont Taylor (Tawanna); aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Mr. Taylor was employed by Virginia Commonwealth University. He was a member of Nu Psi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 23, from 11 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. at Scott's Chapel, 116 E.
