I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one. I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun; Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.

Mr. Quinichette, age 72 departed this life on Wednesday, June 08, 2022 at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, New Jersey.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 3:00PM at Boyd & Royster Funeral Service 149 Holland Bland Rd. Warrenton, NC 27589. Elder Mary Henderson will deliver the Eulogy. Burial will follow at New Zion FPC, Manson, N.C.

He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter, Delphine White (Alan Sr.) of Charlotte, North Carolina; Six grandchildren: Dorian, Alan Jr., Ashante’, Delnah, Deidra, and Desean Jr.; two great-grandchildren; six sisters: Pauline Thomas, Laura Bullock, Indiana Henderson (Charles), Albertha Valentine (Jonathan), Clarissa Quinitchette (HG), all of Manson, N.C. and Louise Brown (Ted) of Rahway, New Jersey: one brother Thurston Quinitchette Jr. of Middleburg, N.C. along host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Public viewing will be held Saturday, June 18, 2022 from 9:00AM-3:00PM
