Annette Dalton Penn, 78, of Madison, NC passed Saturday, June 18, 2022. Public viewing will be held Friday, June 24, 2022, from 1:00 pm – 7:30 pm at Perry-Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC. Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Collins Cemetery, Madison, NC.

Annette Dalton Penn was born in Madison, NC to the late Samuel Otha and Anna Dalton. She departed this life on Saturday, June 18, 2022.

Annette attended Charles Drew School in Madison, NC and was employed at the former Washington Mills, later known as Tultex until it closed. She worked at Unifi Inc on Island Drive until she retired.

Annette was a member of Beulah Baptist Church, Madison, NC.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Deacon Robert Lee Penn, Jr, grandchild, Zachariah Gage and sister, Carolyn Dalton.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her sons; A Scott Dalton (Vanessa) of Eden, NC, Kevin D. Penn (Amy) of Stoneville, NC. Four grandchildren; Kevin D. Penn, Jr. (Megan), Shania L. Dalton, Latisha Cook, Aaron Moore. She leaves a sister, Alma J. Dalton of Madison, NC, two sisters-in-law: Mary Whitley and Linder Penn both of Madison, NC, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
