Alfred Louis Todd, 73 of Memphis, Tennessee died on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at his residence in Memphis, Tennessee. Born Tuesday, May 17, 1949, in Memphis, Tennessee, he was the son of the late O B Todd and the late Flora McKay Todd. Alfred was preceded in death by his Brothers O B Todd Jr, and Oliver Todd. He was the husband of Geraldine Bowen Todd. Surviving are sons, Malcolm L Todd (Carmen), Michael Todd and Louis A Todd (Crystal), daughters, Mickie L Todd, Sonja S Todd, Shasta S Nolan (Otis) and Daneka L Criss (Jyule), brothers, Charlie Todd, Anthony Todd (Diana) and Ronald Todd (Shirley), sisters, Minnie Todd and Wanda Rooks (Ernest), and three sister-in-law Shirley Todd, Katherine Bowen and Joyce Bowen; two brother-in-laws, Bobby Bowen and Paul Finnie; 14 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Special friends Martha Green, Randy Jones and Dorothy Butler. . The family will receive friends from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, July 1, 2022, at R S Lewis & Sons Funeral Home, 2944 Walnut Grove, Memphis, Tennessee. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Dwelling Place Christian Church located at 3034 Austin Peay Hwy Memphis, Tennessee 38128. Interment will be in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Memphis, TN.
