Graveside funeral services for Mr. Rush Junior Gordon, 89, will be held on Friday, July 1, 2022 at 11:00AM at Gordon Cemetery in Vimville, MS. Rev. A. J. Murray, Pastor of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church will officiate.

Mr. Gordon has been a leader in the community for over 40 years serving as a Boy Scout Leader with the Lauderdale County Scouting Council and a staff member with the Wesley House. He has been a mentor to many young men within the community. He leaves to cherish his loving memory 3 sons, Joseph L. Gordon and David (Tara L.) Gordon both of Meridian and Paul (Sonya) Gordon of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends throughout the state of Mississippi and beyond. Mr. Gordon never met a stranger and loved traveling and meeting other people.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 30th from 2 - 5PM and also 6 - 7:00PM. Enterprise Funeral Home has been entrusted with the final arrangements.
