The world was made brighter when the late Mr. and Mrs. C. T., Sr. and Ella Lee Rockwell were blessed with the birth of a daughter. Our beloved Patricia Rockwell Carter, affectionately known as “Chap”, was born January 4, 1959 in Warwick, Georgia.

Patricia was educated in the Worth County Public School System. Early in her life, Patricia accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and joined the Blue Springs Baptist Church. Later in her life, Patricia joined Miracle Baptist Church, where she attended until her health failed.
